Thank you for using Vialance Budgeting (“App”, “Service”). Your privacy is important to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Android mobile application.

Vialance Budgeting is a local-device budgeting application.
All financial and budgeting data (income, expenses, categories, accounts, budgets, currency settings) is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Vialance Budgeting collects only the minimum data required for authentication, analytics, advertising, and subscription management.

We do not collect or store your budgeting or financial data.

2.1. Personal Information You Provide

Account Information (Firebase Authentication)

If you create an account using:

• Email and password

Firebase Authentication processes:

• Email address

• Authentication credentials (passwords are hashed and never visible to us)

• Authentication tokens

• Optional profile data (such as name or profile image, depending on provider)
  
  

We do not store passwords or authentication credentials on our own servers.

Guest Mode

You may use the App without creating an account.
In this case, no personal account data is collected.

2.2. Financial & Budgeting Data (Local Only)

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Transactions

• Categories

• Accounts / wallets

• Budgets

• Not transmitted

• Not backed up to our servers

2.3. Automatically Collected Technical Data

We use trusted third-party services to collect anonymous technical information:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

Collected data may include:

• Device type

• Android version

• App version

• Crash logs

• Performance diagnostics

This data does not include personal financial or budgeting information.

Advertising ID (Google AdMob)

If you use the free version of the App, Google AdMob may collect:

• Google Advertising ID

• Anonymous ad interaction data

Users can opt out of personalized advertising through Android settings:

RevenueCat (Subscriptions)

RevenueCat processes:

RevenueCat does not receive budgeting or financial data.

3. How We Use Your Data

5. Data Storage & Security

Local Storage

Your budgeting data is stored locally using Android’s secure storage mechanisms.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the security practices of:

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

We share limited data only with essential service providers:

• Firebase Authentication

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

• Google AdMob

Each provider processes only the data necessary for its functionality.

7. Data Retention

• Authentication data is retained as long as your account exists.

• Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase retention policies.

• Subscription data is retained according to RevenueCat policies.

• Local budgeting data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
  
  

8. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Correct inaccurate information

• Request account deletion

• Opt out of personalized advertising

Account deletion removes your authentication data.
Local budgeting data remains on your device until manually removed.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If a child account is identified, it will be removed upon request.

10. International Data Transfers

Third-party providers may process data on servers located outside your country.
These providers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updates will be published within the App.

Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
